Delivery

We know how excited you are to receive your CPK pieces!

Once your order is placed, it will take between 2 and 8 business days to arrive in mainland France. Additional delays may apply to other geographic areas.

We deliver to mainland France, Europe, Switzerland, UK, Canada & US.

Additional fees (administrative and/or customs) may be applied by the carrier for deliveries outside mainland France. Bank charges may also apply to your payment, depending on your bank. Since our Telr payment module is based abroad, your payment is considered "international" and subject to fees depending on your credit card (but beyond our control 😉).

Different delivery options and prices are available at checkout - depending on the destination country.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package.

If you're not home when your order is delivered, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox so you can pick up your order at your nearest collection point or post office. Depending on the carrier, additional delivery options may be available.

Returns and Refunds

You can return any items that do not suit you within 14 days of receiving your order by following the instructions on the link below:

The delivery slip included in your original package must be included with your return package. Without it, your return cannot be processed.
Return costs are your responsibility*.

As you might expect, here's a quick reminder: only items in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unsoiled), with their tags attached, and returned in their original packaging, are eligible for return. You must also include the delivery slip with your package so your return can be processed. The package is your responsibility until it reaches us; we recommend choosing a tracked shipping method. Without a tracking number, we will unfortunately be forced to decline any claims. So, be sure to keep proof of postage, which will be invaluable if you need to contact us about a return.

We will refund you within 10 to 45 days of receiving your package, using the same payment method you used when ordering - and if the return was made in accordance with the rules above 🙃

*Return shipping will only be refunded if the item has a manufacturing defect. In this case, contact the Team by email at info@cruelpancake.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted (within 14 working days from receipt of your order).

If a part is defective or incorrect, contact the Team by email, info@cruelpancake.com, indicating your order number, the article reference, as well as the problem encountered. Don't hesitate to attach photos, and no worries, we will always find a solution!
