Delivery

We know how excited you are to receive your CPK pieces on time 🚀

After your payment has been accepted, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. You can expect it to take between 2 to 8 business days in mainland France to receive it. Additional delays may apply to other geographic areas.

We ship to France (mainland), Europe, UK, Switzerland, Canada & US. 

Additional fees (administration and/or customs costs) may be applied by the logistics companies for deliveries outside Metropolitan France. As well, bank fees may apply to your payment, they depend on your bank. Our payment gateway Telr is based abroad. Therefore, your payment is considered an "international payment" and is subject to charges, depending on your credit card (and beyond our control 😉).

Delivery options and prices are available at the checkout - according to the destination country.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email update with the tracking number of your order when your package is shipped.

If you are not at home when your package arrives, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox in order to pick up your parcel at the drop point, or the post office, closest to your delivery address. Depending on the shipping method chosen, extra options may be offered to you.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the reception date of your order to return your purchase by following the instructions on the link below:

The delivery note (included in your original package) must be attached to your return parcel.
Without this delivery note, your request will not be processed.
The return shipping costs are at your expense*.

Kindly reminder: you can try on an item, but avoid wearing it if you don’t keep it. The returned pieces should be sent in their original conditions and packaging with their labels. Also, the delivery note must be attached to your return parcel in order to process your request. The return package is your responsibility until it reaches us. We advise you to send it back with a tracking number. Unfortunately, without the tracking number, we won’t be able to accept any complaint. Ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about a return. Pieces will be inspected after the return, a refund won’t be possible if the rules mentioned above are not respected 🙃

We do the best we can to refund you on time. Please allow our warehouse 10 to 45 working days to process your return package, from the delivery date.

*Return fees will be refunded only if there is a slight defect with your product. In this case, please feel free to contact the Team at info@cruelpancake.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges (within 14 working days) are accepted.

If there is a mistake or a slight defect with your product, please contact the Team at info@cruelpancake.com, giving the order number, the reference number of the product and the problem encountered. Feel free to send pictures of the damaged item (and defect in question). No worries, we will help you and find a solution!
